I had a great experience at West End Garage Dunfermline because the Sales rep, Sonnie, listened to us and explained everything clearly. We never felt under pressure, and as a result probably decided more quickly on our selected option than if we had felt harassed. He was also exceptionally patient at the hand-over, and gave us an extra 'Tutorial' the following week, which was very helpful.
The experience at West End Garage Dunfermline was fantastic because sonnie who i dealt with made the whole process of ordering a new vehicle to delivery a simple process and kept me informed all the way .Was given the time of a full expaination of vehicle and controls on handover too.
The showroom is well laid out and has no loud music playing in backround like some dealerships ive been to in past making process easy for hearing whats said .
The staff at West End Garage Dunfermline were good because Soonie was extremely professional and very knowledgeable
